Linda Writer is a founding Director of Writercross Consulting with over 20 years’ experience across three main employers, Westpac Banking Corporation, AMP and more recently Citigroup Pty Limited. Prior to this Linda worked in the recruitment industry in Sydney focussing on the placement of corporate professionals.

Linda worked from 2003 until 2011 with Citigroup Pty Ltd as the National Service Centre Manager encompassing management of both a local team and an off-shore group based in the Philippines.

In this role, Linda was also responsible for Service Delivery across the Asia Pacific Region while also involved in managing the shared services Client Strategy.

Linda has a strong capability of developing and reengineering best in class operational processes, with customer, stakeholder and business considerations as the focal point.

Linda is highly passionate about leadership, process reengineering and service delivery and has spent time in Asia launching a number of specially designed internal training programs across Citigroup.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Linda spent five years working in the Financial Services sector at AMP, where she managed the implementation of a HR Shared Services Operation. Linda’s other experience within AMP included Managing the National Graduate Recruitment Program, HRIS Implementation, Managing the Payroll function and HR Project Management.

Prior to this Linda spent 5 years in the Recruitment Industry managing both permanent and temporary placement of candidates to the corporate business market in Sydney.

Linda has a creative, inclusive and empathetic working style and an abundance of enthusiasm and energy.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Economics and Marketing and is qualified as a coach in the Targeted Selection Interview process. Linda also holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment as well as a Graduate Certificate in HR Management.
